Myatt is a regular contributor to Men’s Health and I’ve read a bit of his stuff in the past. This book really brings together a huge variety of workouts that you can use to get a complete, full body workout using only your dumbbells. I still like a bit of variety with my workouts so I’ve been using this book to find ways of working out certain muscle groups that I ordinarily go to the gym for.
